Big thanks to Newlife Diag. I have lost my old reports. I called to Newlife Diag centre and get my 10 months old reports. Actually I have done the test at Kothapeta branch. But, I'm not able to contact. I called to Lakshmipuram branch ask for lost my reports duplicate copy get it by mail. With in half hour. They called me and send me reports. What a response from team. Really appreciate their efforts towards to customer support.
I initially doubted about getting the test done at home during COVID time to till now but with the way, the team handled everything from sample collection to delivering reports in proper time with humble and well trained staff as per protocol.Thanku so much sir for giving best services. Highly recommended to friends and family members.
